At Fitter Critters different balance equipment is used in certain rehab cases to improve core strength, balance, coordination, sensory and proprioceptive stimulation, neuromuscular facilitation, and joint alignment. These exercises engage all different muscles that are not activated in regular activity, and provide isometric muscle strengthening with minimal concussive force on the joints.
